Leigh Asher RN, MA, MEP-c has 18 years of experience as an aesthetic nurse injector and trainer. As a business owner since 2003, Leigh has built an aesthetic practice offering all FDA-approved injectables for facial rejuvenation, advanced hair & skin rejuvenating plasma treatments, PDO threads, chemical peels, microneedling, Aqua Gold and Procell microchanneling.

In 2014 Leigh created BabyFace LLC in north Scottsdale, Arizona, where she has a national clientele, many of whom have followed her for many years.

With 20+ years of experience specializing in medical & cosmetic dermatology, Papu brings a plethora of dermatology skincare services to BabyFace!

Papu Narayanappa, PA-C is originally from Kentucky where she began her academic career at the University of Kentucky. There she focused on pre-medical studies graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She completed her Physician Assistant training at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas achieving a Master’s in Medical Science.

After completing her graduate studies, Papu moved to Arizona to launch her career. For the first 4 years, she practiced Internal Medicine which laid a solid platform for her medical vantage point. For the next 20 years, Papu specialized in Dermatology. She began specializing in cosmetic injectables in 2003, and has since gained extensive experience with neurotoxins, fillers, chemical peels and microneedling.

With a very well-rounded clinical base, she enjoys taking both the medical and cosmetic side of Dermatology. Papu takes great satisfaction in helping her patients achieve their desired beauty and skin goals.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exercising, hiking, skiing, and relaxing with a good book.
